ACA’s New Online Print Shop Offers Patient Education Materials

Arlington, Va. – The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) now provides doctors of chiropractic easy access to patient education handouts and posters through a print-on-demand service so doctors can have materials shipped directly to their office at any time. The online print shop and new materials are the newest piece of ACA’s Hands Down Better consumer outreach program.

The ACA Print Shop gives chiropractors the ability to order patient education materials such as 5.5 x 8.5 inch cards with ergonomic and injury prevention advice. Infographic posters promoting the effectiveness of spinal manipulation and chiropractic care are also available. Additional products will be added to the store in the coming months.

“ACA has offered patient education materials digitally for many years, but this is the first time we are giving members and visitors a chance to order printed materials, whenever needed and in convenient quantities. It’s a feature that we hope will be an added convenience for providers during these challenging times,” said ACA President Robert C. Jones, DC.

ACA launched its Hands Down Better consumer outreach program one year ago with a consumer website at HandsDownBetter.org. The site provides the public with information about the chiropractic profession, advice on ergonomics and injury prevention, links to articles in the media, information on how to support pro-chiropractic federal legislation, and the ability to search for a chiropractor in their area.

The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) is the largest professional chiropractic organization in the United States. ACA attracts the most principled and accomplished chiropractors, who understand that it takes more to be called an ACA chiropractor. We are leading our profession in the most constructive and far-reaching ways—by working hand in hand with other health care professionals, by lobbying for pro-chiropractic legislation and policies, by supporting meaningful research and by using that research to inform our treatment practices.
