Position Summary
The Lead Chiropractor is responsible for exceptional patient care, smooth day-to-day operations, and the performance of the entire care team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional chiropractic care using Health Source’s proven model.
Emphasize root-cause treatment and long-term wellness over symptom management.
Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition.

Lead the clinic like it’s your own business—drive growth to meet and exceed patient volume, retention, and revenue goals.
