Arlington, Va. – The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) announced today that Standard Process Inc. will help raise public awareness of chiropractic services as a first line of defense against pain by sponsoring National Chiropractic Health Month 2016 (NCHM). This year marks the fifth time that the whole food nutrient solutions company will lend its support to ACA’s annual observance.
NCHM, held each October, promotes a healthy lifestyle enhanced by chiropractic’s natural, whole-person, patient-centered approach to pain relief and wellness. This year’s theme – #Chiropractic1st – encourages the use of chiropractic and other conservative forms of pain management before turning to riskier treatments, such as prescription opioid pain medications.
