Search No Further: ACA’s Education Subscription Series Has Your CE Needs Covered

Finding the right continuing education source for doctors of chiropractic seeking cutting-edge, evidence-informed, and patient-centered programs that are also a good value is no more challenging than clicking “Learn ACA” on the homepage of ACA’s website. This will take you to ACA’s online learning platform and information about one of the best deals in continuing education and CE credits in the profession: ACA’s new subscription series.

For one annual price ($195 for members), you get access to live webinars throughout the year as well as 24-hour access to ACA’s archive of more than 75 one-hour recorded courses (most offer 1 CE). All Learn ACA programs are carefully curated by the ACA Professional Development Committee to address the challenges and opportunities of modern chiropractic practice.

Just this year, newly added—originally live, now recorded—content featured topics such as best practices for managing back pain, nutrition in the chiropractic practice, chiropractic’s role in the opioid crisis, and improving patient communication. Nine more live programs will be featured over the rest of the year—each featuring 1 CE (see list below). During live programs participants have the opportunity to interact with presenters and ask questions.

Supplementing the live content is the Learn ACA archive, which features a well of information on many aspects of clinical practice as well as practice management. For example, one popular course from the archive is “Building a Bullet Proof Back Pain Rehab Program,” a two-part series offering guidance on creating a simple, effective, and evidence-informed low-back rehab program into any doctor’s practice—with little to no equipment.

Another program, “Documenting the Pediatric Visit,” features ACA Pediatrics Council President Jennifer Brocker, DC, one of the most respected pediatric chiropractors in the country, who not only highlights research on the safety of pediatric chiropractic care but also reviews the unique aspects of conducting and documenting a pediatric patient visit, including a narrative history, physical exam and daily subjective-objective-assessment-and-plan (SOAP) notes.

These are just two examples of the high-quality, relevant content that ACA’s experts take a deep dive into, helping participants to expand their practices and provide better care and outcomes to their patients.

“The Learn ACA Subscription allows the flexibility for me to complete my hours almost wherever and whenever I can, and thereby avoiding the last-minute crunch at license renewal time. The speakers are great and the content is clinically relevant and easily implemented into practice the same day.”  ~  Dr. Cliff Tao, ACA member
