ACA Engage 2026 Call for Proposals

Overview:
Engage 2026 invites dynamic presenters, thought leaders, and industry experts to submit proposals for educational sessions that align with our theme: Elevating Chiropractic Leadership: Advancing Excellence, Innovation & Growth. This conference is designed to blend leadership development, clinical expertise, innovation, and best practices in chiropractic care to foster industry growth.
We are seeking engaging, evidence-based, and forward-thinking presentations that will inspire and equip both practicing doctors of chiropractic and chiropractic students with practical tools and strategies to excel in their careers.
ACA Engage 2026 educational programming will feature 1-hour interactive programming that will provide registrants with the opportunity to take courses in-person and on-demand. Submit your education session proposal for a chance to be one of the thought-leaders who advances the profession by sharing best practices and enhancing the skills of Doctor of Chiropractic and chiropractic students.
ACA welcomes proposals in the following topic areas, but not limited to:
- Leadership & Professional Growth for Practicing Chiropractors & Students
- Leadership Development
- Innovation in Chiropractic Care & Clinical Excellence
- Imaging
- Pediatrics
- Orthopedics
- Sports Medicine
- Rehabilitation
- Internal Disorders
- Chiropractic Techniques (delivered without live model. Recorded videos are acceptable)
- Coding and Documentation
- Ethics
- Business & Industry Growth Strategies for Doctors & Future Chiropractors
- AI and Healthcare
- Social Media Marketing (Best Practices)
Submission Guidelines and Information
All applicants must submit proposals online through our online Survey Monkey application. The deadline to submit a proposal is midnight EST, Monday, July 21, 2025 – so act quickly! Final submissions must be received by this date to be considered for evaluation and selection. Applicants whose proposals have been selected will be notified by email on or about Sept.11.
- You should be confident and knowledgeable on the subject matter you submit. Knowledge of the latest research/evidence is critical.
- Session proposals should be evidence-based and have practical outcomes and fit within selected session format and timeframe.
- The session title should immediately communicate the session content.
- The presentation summary should be well-written, with clearly stated outcomes, and appropriately document theory and research, and how it will engage attendees. Session summaries may be edited by ACA staff for publication on the conference website and mobile app.
- ACA Engage 2026 education programs are learning experiences and noncommercial. Presentations should not be used for direct promotion of a speaker’s product, service, or other self-interest. Sales presentations will NOT be accepted.
- The proposal should include clear and measurable learning objectives that describe what learners should be able to do upon completion of your session.
- The proposal must contain content references that support your presentation. References should be recent— within the last 10 years. If you plan to present the published work or research of others in your materials, you must attribute all sources in full and in writing within your submission application.
- Please include reference or links to any past speaking engagements. References or links on the specific topic you are presenting are preferred but not required.
- List only those co-presenters who have committed to your presentation.
- Speakers selected to present a session must participate in a training session to discuss technology and logistics. Sessions selected for on-demand will be pre-recorded.
- Submission of a session proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the program.
Session Formats
1-hour lecture in-person (1-2 presenters, 50-minutes interactive and engaging educational content and 10-mins. of Q &A)
1-hour lecture on-demand (1-2 presenters, 50-minutes interactive and engaging educational content and 10-mins. of Q &A)
Workshop (60 minutes): Interactive learning experiences. (no live subjects)
Panel Discussions (60 minutes): Expert-led discussions on current trends and industry challenges.
Selection Process
Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following criteria:
- How well the title, description and learning objectives align with each other.
- How likely the format and delivery methods selected will allow participants to achieve the stated learning objectives, including audience engagement appropriate to the objectives.
- Presenter(s) experience and knowledge in the topic area.
- Topic focus and relevance.
- Overall clarity of the proposal.
Selected presenters will submit the following required documents:
- Signed ACA Speaker Agreement
- Completed and signed Speaker Disclosure Form
- Headshot
- Brief bio
- PowerPoint Presentation using the conference-branded template.
- Handouts for attendees – Handouts will be posted in the conference app and Learn ACA.
ACA provides:
- Complimentary registration to Engage 2026
- Discounted hotel rate at the conference hotel. (Presenters are responsible for booking their own lodging and travel to the conference. ACA does not provide an honorarium or reimbursement for any expenses incurred by the speaker for presenting.
- Submission of CE applications to PACE and selected state licensing boards.
- Marketing and promotions.
- Logistics training and support before the conference.
