Inclement Weather Policy

ACA conferences (including SACA Leadership Conference) will be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other occurrence beyond the parties’ control (including, but not limited to, flood, fire or natural disaster) only if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to ACA of its inability to hold the event, or if a local government-declared emergency status is in effect for the location of the event. If an ACA conference is cancelled due to inclement weather or other occurrence beyond the parties’ control as set forth herein, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel expenses that may have been incurred cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If the ACA event is held but weather conditions (whether forecasted or actualized) prohibit you from traveling, ACA cannot refund your registration fee.

Highlights from the 2021 SACA Leadership Conference

Thanks to all who made the 2021 SACA Leadership Conference a success. More than 80 attendees representing 15 different chiropractic colleges gathered in Des Moines, Iowa, for two and half days of robust programming. The keynote speaker was Dr. Robert Vining, whose presentation exemplified the theme of the event, “Connecting Through Compassion.” Thanks also to our host, NCMIC, and to all our sponsors for supporting the mission of Student ACA.
