Dr. Dana Madigan







Dr. Dana Madigan has focused her career on the intersection of research, public health, and chiropractic, recognizing the contributions the profession in improving the health of the nation. As a student, she became the first graduate of the coordinated DC-MPH program between National University of Health Sciences and the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was also the first chiropractic student to be awarded an Albert Schweitzer Fellowship (Chicago-area), a year-long program for health professional students to implement a project that aims to reduce health disparities. She continues to actively participate in professional associations, including the ACA (current member of the Diversity Commission, Guideline Review Committee, Editorial Review Advisory Board, and SACA Advisory Committee) and the American Public Health Association's Chiropractic Health Care section (current program planning chair and section councilor). She is currently an instructor at National University of Health Sciences and working on her PhD in environmental and occupational health sciences.
