Chapter Awards

SACA chapter awards are given out once a year during the SACA Welcome Meeting at ACA ENGAGE in Washington D.C. If you are  interested in nominating a SACA chapter for one of the awards listed below, please complete the nomination form. Chapter of the Year Award: The chapter of the year must demonstrate extradordinary teamwork, collaboration and work to further the misssion, vision and values of ACA. The recipient of this award is a positive and visible force on a national and campus level. 

Most Improved Chapter of the Year Award: The most improved chapter of the year is a chapter that may have faced significant challenges in previous years but has demonstrated growth and positive leadership over the past year. 

 

Individual Awards

SACA individual awards are given out once a year at the SACA Leadership Conference.

Outstanding Service Award: 
Recipients of the Outstanding Service Award have contributed significantly to SACA by taking initiative with independent projects, helping in ways that go beyond the description of their role, or taking the work in their role to a new level. 

Excellence in Leadership Award:  
Recipients of the Excellence in Leadership award demonstrate the ability to lead effective teams, communicate, engage other student leaders and bring other leaders up through the ranks. 

Member of the Year Award: 
Recipient of the SACA Member of the Year equally demonstrates the traits listed in the Outstanding Service and Excellence in Leadership categories.
