To Help Further Battle Covid-19 Spread, OSHA Issues New Guidance on Healthcare Workplaces
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced earlier this week in updated guidance, that healthcare employers, including chiropractors, are required by a new six-month emergency rule to implement pandemic protection plans in their clinics or workplaces.   The OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) is aimed at protecting workers where suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients are treated.  Please be sure to fully read this document to determine if this guidance applies to your clinic.
