"The millennials have a unique style, a set of preferences, and their behavior is quite different from other generations. They are different in how they learn and adopt technologies, and how they interact with businesses," writes Jeff Miller, technology and development fellow with Entrespace, who will be speaking March 2 at the 2018 National Chiropractic Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. Miller and his colleagues have conducted extensive research into the behavior and preferences of millenials that can help chiropractic practices adapt to this important demographic. Here he answers some questions about his upcoming presentation, “Designing the Patient Experience to Successfully Attract Millennials."

Taking an Evidence-Based Approach to Patient Care

By now you are no doubt familiar with the concept of evidence-based clinical practice (EBCP). But what does that really mean for the doctor of chiropractic? How does one actually implement the “the conscientious, explicit and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of an individual patient” when that individual patient is on the adjusting table?
