To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding: Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a chiropractor with current valid Texas State License. Languages: English.  Spanish are a big plus but not a requirement. Education: Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college. Skills: You must have excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of current industry trends and state and federal requirements. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software will be added as an advantage.  Characteristics: This is an autonomous position for an ambitious candidate, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated. You Provide: •    Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality •    Computer literacy •    Knowledge of exercise protocols •    The ability to work well in a team •    Strong work ethic •    Can-do attitude RESPONSIBILITIES: • Consult with the patient about their medical history and the reason for their visit. • Evaluate a patient’s condition based on their symptoms and medical history. • Discuss the benefits of chiropractic care and explain your recommended treatment plan. • Create a plan of care that focuses on the patient's overall health and wellbeing. • Assess the patient's spine, posture, and reflexes to provide the appropriate treatment. • Arrange and analyze diagnostic imaging reports to locate the source of difficulties and rule out fracture or disease. • Administer   treatments, such as spinal manipulation, therapy, massage, and rehab exercises. • Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body to correct the musculoskeletal system. • Educate patients about the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care with a recommended course of treatment. • Recommend lifestyle changes and diet as part of a more comprehensive treatment regimen. • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using computer software and copious notes. • Update patient medical records at the end of every appointment and file with the correct administrative department for billing and record-keeping purposes. • Research new chiropractic techniques, technology, and procedures to further refine abilities and provide a superior level of care to patients on a continued basis. *If you are committed to, quality Chiropractic care for all and meet the qualifications we invite you to apply.
