Entrespace technology and development fellow discusses tailoring your practice to millennial preferences

"The millennials have a unique style, a set of preferences, and their behavior is quite different from other generations. They are different in how they learn and adopt technologies, and how they interact with businesses," writes Jeff Miller, technology and development fellow with Entrespace, who will be speaking March 2 at the 2018 National Chiropractic Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. Miller and his colleagues have conducted extensive research into the behavior and preferences of millenials that can help chiropractic practices adapt to this important demographic. Here he answers some questions about his upcoming presentation, “Designing the Patient Experience to Successfully Attract Millennials."

Chiropractors Treating Veterans Asked to Join Referral Network

*Member-Exclusive Content* Chiropractors treating veterans via programs administered through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) were notified recently that they should enroll in a new chiropractic referral network to continue participating in the VA’s Community Care Network (CCN). In its letter to chiropractors, contractor TriWest Healthcare Alliance explained that providers who wish to participate in the “new” Community Care Network must enroll in EmpowerChiro, a chiropractic referral network administered under TriWest. Referrals, appointment scheduling, documentation, claims, codes and reimbursement were also briefly touched upon--leading to questions this blog post seeks to answer.
