What are the hours of the Expo Hall?










Is there an Inclement Weather Policy?

Please read NCLC 2018's Conference Policies for information on our inclement weather and other important policies.

Is there an age restriction to enter the Expo Hall?

Yes, all Expo Hall attendees must be at least 18 years of age.

Do members save money on registration?

Yes! ACA members receive discounted registration fees on NCLC. If you’re not an ACA member, consider joining today.

Is there a paper registration option?

Yes, you can use this form to register. We ask that you fax or mail the form back to ACA.

Where can I find a list of exhibitors?

A list of exhibitors can be found on the conference mobile app, printed program or online.

Where can I find information about the sessions?

Full information about the sessions will be provided at a later date on our website, and on the conference mobile app.

Where can I find educational session materials?

We will be “going green” at our conference and there will be no printed educational session materials.  They will be available online and on the conference mobile app.

What is the recommended dress?

We recommend professional dress and comfortable shoes.

Will I be able to connect to WiFi in the meeting rooms?

Yes, WiFi is available in the meeting rooms.  Please note that due to the number of expected attendees, internet connection may be slow. 

  

Social Events

Can I attend the Presidential Dinner?

The Presidential dinner is open to all NCLC 2018 registrants. There is an additional fee of $125 per person. Tickets can be purchased online at www.acatoday.org/nclc. 

Can I purchase a FICC lunch ticket onsite?

Yes, but we have limited seating and tickets may sell out before the conference. 

Can I purchase a ticket for the Washington by Night Bus Tour onsite?

Yes, but we encourage you to buy them before NCLC; tickets will sell out fast. To register, check off the box that says "Washington D.C. by Night Bus Tours" under Social Events on your NCLC registration form (online or paper). Tickets are $50 per person.

Where do the buses load for the bus tour?

The buses will pickup and drop off at the main entrance (New Jersey Ave) of the hotel.  Tour participants will need to gather in the lobby of the hotel 20 minutes prior to departure.

Continuing Education

Is there a fee for CEUs? 

Doctors of Chiropractic can purchase CEUs in advance or onsite for a flat fee of $50.  Attendees can earn up to 14 CEUs through two educational tracks.  

How can I find out if my state is approved for CEs?

CEUs are not available for AR, CA, HI, KY, LA, NH, MN, OK and WV. Refer to Continuing Education for detailed information

Will I be notified if a workshop/session is changed?

We encourage you to download the the conference mobile app. which will be updated in real time with any schedule/speaker/room changes.  We will send out push notifications of last minute changes.


Hotel & Travel

Where should I stay?

ACA has contracted with the Hyatt to offer a lower room rate to conference attendees, subject to availability. Click here to make your reservations early and be sure to use this code: BONZ.

How much is parking at the hotel?

Parking at the hotel is valet only at $59/day. Self-parking is not available. Please note garage height limit 6'.

What is the closest metro station/subway? 

The Judiciary Square Station on the Red Line is closest to the hotel.

What are the closest major airports that service the Washington, DC area?

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

  • Distance: five miles; 15-20 minutes
  • Metro: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (Blue and Yellow Lines); Take the Metro to Judiciary Square (Red Line) ; Walk three blocks to the Hyatt
  • Metro Fare: $4
  • Ground Transportation: Approx. $25 one way

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

  • Distance: 27 miles; 50 minutes
  • Bus to Metro; Bus service to Reston (Silver Line) & West Falls Church (Orange Line); Take the Metro to Judiciary Square (Red Line); Walk three blocks to the Hyatt
  • Metro Fare: $8-$12
  • Ground Transportation: Approx. $65 one way

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

  • Distance: 35 miles; 50-70 minutes
  • MARC: Take a shuttle from BWI to the MARC station; then take the MARC train to Union Station; Walk three blocks to the Hyatt

What dining options are there in and around the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill?

The hotel offers a variety of dining options including in-room dining, restaurants, bar and lounge.  Click here to view the Hyatt Regency Washington dining options. 

There are several restaurants located in walking distance of the hotel.  Visit the hotel concierge for a map or click on the venue link located on the conference mobile app.   

Where is the location of Lost and Found?

Items left in the meetings rooms during normal conference hours will be stored at the conference registration desk. Items not claimed at the close of registration each day will be turned into the hotel lost and found desk located at the hotel check-in counter. 

Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

Yes, the Hyatt Regency Washington is ADA compliant.  See hotel map for ADA accessibility.
