Provider Non-Discrimination Toolkit for Members

The provider non-discrimination provision of the Affordable Care Act, Section 2706(a), is one of the most powerful tools chiropractors have to ensure that their care is an accessible benefit for patients. ACA has created a new Section 2706(a) Toolkit -- free to members -- that doctors can use to self-advocate on the local and state levels. The toolkit will help you understand when and how the provision applies and provides template letters that can be customized and used to address potential violations of Section 2706(a).
