General Information  

How can I book my hotel? 
Call (202) 483-3000 and mention the American Chiropractic Association or visit this link to make your reservation. Don’t wait! The deadline to book your hotel room is Dec. 27. Visit the Hotel and Travel page for more information.
 
What are the registration hours?   

Onsite registration for ACA Engage 2020 opens on Wednesday, Jan. 29. We encourage you to pick up your badge early to avoid lines. The registration desk hours are:  

 Wednesday, January 29 

 1:00 p.m. - 7:30p.m.  

 Thursday, January 30 

 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  

 Friday, January 31 

 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.  

 Saturday, February 1 

 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  

 
What are the Expo Hall hours?   

The Expo Hall opens on Friday morning for a breakfast with the Exhibitors. In addition to lunch and breaks in the Hall, there will also be a reception for all attendees and exhibitors on Friday evening. Please check the conference mobile app for updates to the schedule.  The Expo Hall hours are:

 Friday, January 31 

 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.  

 Saturday, February 1 

 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  

  
Is there an inclement weather policy?  
ACA conferences (including ACA Engage 2020) will be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other occurrence beyond the parties' control (including, but not limited to, flood, fire or natural disaster) only if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to ACA of its inability to hold the event, or if a local government-declared emergency status is in effect for the location of the event. If an ACA conference is cancelled due to inclement weather or other occurrence beyond the parties' control as set forth herein, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel expenses that may have been incurred cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If the ACA event is held but weather conditions (whether forecasted or actualized) prohibit you from traveling, ACA cannot refund your registration fee. 
 
Is there an age restriction to enter the Expo Hall?  
Yes, all Expo Hall attendees must be at least 18 years of age.   
 
Is there a member rate for registration?  
Yes! ACA members receive discounted registration fees for ACA Engage. If you’re not an ACA member, please visit acatoday.org/join to find out more about membership.  
 
Where can I find a list of exhibitors?  
A list of exhibitors will be provided at a later date on our website and on the conference mobile app. 
 
Where can I find information about the education sessions?  
Full information about the sessions will be provided at a later date on our website and on the conference mobile app. We are “going green” at our conference and there will be no printed session information.   
 
What is the conference dress code?  
Attendees should dress professionally.  
 
Will I be able to connect to WiFi in the meeting rooms?   
Yes, WiFi is available in the meeting rooms.  Please note that due to the number of expected attendees, internet connection may be slow.      
 
Is there a conference mobile app?   
Yes, a mobile app will become available before the conference. More information about how to download the app will be provided closer to the event. 
 

There will not be a physical program distributed onsite, so it's vital that you download the ACA Today mobile app for the conference. 

Social Events  

Can I purchase an FICC lunch ticket onsite?   
Yes, but we have limited seating and tickets may sell out before the conference.   
 
Can any student attend SACA Trivia?    
Yes, all SACA members are encouraged to attend SACA Trivia. Registration is complimentary, but you must sign up in advance of the event.  
 
I'm not a student. May I attend SACA Trivia?  
If you are a guest of a SACA member, you may still attend SACA Trivia. Guests may pre-register online for $25. The registration fee increases to $50 onsite. 
 

Continuing Education  

Are CE credits included in the price of the registration?  
No, if you would like CE credit, you must pay an additional fee of $50. 
 
How can I find out if my state is approved for CEs?   
A list of CE approved states will be posted online in advance of the event. 
 
Will I be notified if a workshop/session is changed?   
We encourage you to download the conference mobile app, which will be updated in real time with any schedule/speaker/room changes.   
 
Where should I go if I have questions about CE onsite? 
Staff will be available to answer CE questions at the registration desk.
 
 

Additional Information 

Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?   
Yes, the Washington Hilton is ADA compliant.  Please contact the hotel for more information.  
 
I require special assistance or have dietary restrictions, whom do I contact?
