Registration, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACA staff by July 31, 2020 to be eligible for a refund and are subject to a cancellation fee. Requests received after this date will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after the close of the conference. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for a refund to be issued.
Inclement Weather Policy
ACA conferences (including the SACA Leadership Conference) will be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other occurrence beyond the parties' control (including, but not limited to, flood, fire or natural disaster) only if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to ACA of its inability to hold the event, or if a local government-declared emergency status is in effect for the location of the event. If an ACA conference is cancelled due to inclement weather or other occurrence beyond the parties' control as set forth herein, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel expenses that may have been incurred cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If the ACA event is held but weather conditions (whether forecasted or actualized) prohibit you from traveling, ACA cannot refund your registration fee.
Please be advised that photographs and video will be taken at this event for use on ACA's website, marketing materials and other Association publications. By registering for this event, you consent to the Association photographing, filming and using your image and likeness.
