Partnership Opportunities
ACA Endorsement Partnerships
(Exclusive or Non-Exclusive Agreements)
ACA takes its capability to endorse products and services very seriously and only endorses those we believe have a benefit for patients, consumers and/or doctors of chiropractic. Endorsements provide the right to use the “ACA Endorsed” logo, which communicates to patients, consumers and doctors of chiropractic that it is a product or service of high quality that has met ACA standards for endorsement.

Exclusive Endorsement
An exclusive endorsement by ACA indicates that your company will be the sole company to be endorsed by ACA in this product or service category. A minimum annual commitment of $60,000 to ACA is required for an exclusive product or service endorsement.
Non-Exclusive Endorsement
A non-exclusive endorsement by ACA indicates that your company, product, or service meets ACA’s endorsement criteria. A minimum annual commitment of $30,000 to ACA is required for an non-exclusive product or service endorsement.

ACA Affinity Partnerships
(Chiropractic or Non-Chiropractic Related)

An affinity partnership means that you and ACA are partnering in marketing efforts to promote your product or service to our members because we agree that it provides benefit for our members and/or their patients. This agreement grants you the right to use the “ACA Marketing Partner” logo. Typically, these arrangements provide incentive discounts to ACA members.
Chiropractic-Related Affinity Partnerships
For chiropractic-related affinity partnerships, a minimum annual commitment of $5,000 to ACA is required, but is not an explicit endorsement.
Non-Chiropractic Related Affinity Partnerships
For non-chiropractic-related affinity partnerships, your company is required to offer your products/services to our members at a discounted rate and make regular royalty payments to the ACA but is not an explicit endorsement.

ACA Corporate Membership

If your firm is seeking ways to grow your business and increase your profile within the chiropractic community, this is a great time for you to become a corporate member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). As a corporate member, you can use ACA as a gateway to reach chiropractic physicians while also enhancing your brand by aligning it with ACA and showing meaningful support for the chiropractic profession.
A very cost effective means for your company to place its message before this market is by becoming a Corporate Member of the ACA. This membership affords you numerous opportunities to increase recognition and visibility within the chiropractic community. A minimum annual commitment of $1,500 to ACA is required for corporate membership dues.

ACA grants an endorsement or affinity partnership of a product or service only after a thorough review and evaluation by the Business Development Revenue Enhancement Committee, and approval by the Board of Governors. It is the general policy of ACA not to grant exclusive partnerships for a product or service unless it is the only product or service of its kind available that meets the ACA standards or represents a marked advancement of a product or service in relation to its competitors. If granted, exclusive partnerships will be reviewed on an annual basis.
