Administrative-Education Assistant                                                POSTING DATE: August 13, 2010 

The American Chiropractic Association is seeking an experienced, energetic and customer-focused individual to provide support to the Executive Office.  Responsibilities include providing general support in daily operations through routine, phone coverage, complex, and confidential tasks including correspondence, reports, data management, education planning and coordination. Must be flexible, able to take on multiple projects while remaining extremely accurate and dependable. 

Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus a minimum 2 years administrative experience with a non-profit organization. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills required, and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook required. Website, PowerPoint and HTML experience a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and confidentiality. Occasional travel may be required.
