The American Chiropractic Association is seeking an experienced, energetic, customer-focused individual to act as the association’s receptionist/administrative assistant. This individual will support the executive office, membership and other departments with administrative projects, as assigned.

Responsibilities include providing phone and e-mail support to members, and the public. Additional administrative support required in daily operations, data entry and project coordination.

Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus a minimum 2 years administrative experience. Excellent communication and telephone demeanor required; proficiency in use of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Outlook; prior experience with database systems is a plus.
