Discount Airline Tickets
The American Chiropractic Association is pleased to announce that American Airlines has been chosen as the official airline for the 2008 National Chiropractic Legislative Conference.  All attendees can make their reservation by either calling American Airlines direct, or by going to the American Airlines website to book their tickets online.

Our agreement with the airline will offer you the option of either a 5% discount off the lowest available fare or a “zone fare” which provides a discount ticket without requiring a Saturday night stay – which ever provides you the greater discount.  If you plan on spending some additional time in Washington, DC, the discount rates will be extended from February 20 to March 8, 2008.

To make your reservation by phone, please call American Airlines Group Sales at (800) 433-1790 and be sure to mention the ACA’s discount authorization code: A7628AV.  To make your reservation online, go to: www.aa.com and include the discount authorization code: A7628AV
in either the “General Facts” field or in the “Tour Code” box, whichever appears on the site.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

There are several ground transportation options from the three Washington. DC airports into the District, but we are encouraging all conference attendees to use the SuperShuttle service based on their pricing, on-time performance record and outstanding customer service record:

SuperShuttle:  the shuttle service operates 24 hours a day on a time-scheduled basis and offers airport-to-door service. Vans depart at least every 15 minutes to all areas of the District from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with lesser frequencies from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.  The ACA has a special discount rate of $12.00 for your one-way ticket from Washington Dulles International or Baltimore Washington International Airports.

Reservations are not required for your arrival, but are required for your return trip to the airport.  To make your SuperShuttle reservation, call toll free (800) 258-3826 or for online reservations, go to: www.supershuttle.com.
